The SBC is our sandbox. It’s what we know and who we know. Though SBC churches differ in culture, approach, and style, they are bound together by a common orthodoxy, mission, history, and ethos. In other words, we get you.

Executive Search

We are laser-focused on full-time staff placement. Lead Pastors. Associates. Children. Students. Worship. Operations. Whatever. We have experience finding staff in every ministry domain. Our time and energy are dedicated to developing long-term relationships between churches and leaders. We also do Search Coaching if a full search service is not the right fit.

Partnership

Cooperation is at the core of Southern Baptist life. Inside the SBC, vast, interconnected networks already exist. We leverage those networks to source candidates who will be just the right fit for your team.  

Contingent Model

You pay a reasonable, non-refundable Retainer Fee of 25% of the total search cost and another 25% Progress Fee six weeks after signing a contract. The final 50% Placement Fee is due when a candidate we recommend, and you hire, begins their first day with you. Then, and only then, are you invoiced for the final payment. We bear half of the financial risk so you can steward God’s resources with wisdom and integrity.

Referrals

People are more apt to brainstorm candidates when a little money is on the line, so we incentivize referrals. If a church we work with hires a candidate you referred to us for their position, we’ll send you a check for $500. Shoot us a referral here
