Andy Johnson, Founder and CEO
Andy has decades of recruiting, interviewing, and hiring experience. He has been in full-time ministry for twenty years serving as a Children’s Pastor, Next Gen Pastor, and most recently as the Executive Pastor at Ingleside Baptist Church in Macon, GA.
He’s been a faithful Southern Baptist since 2000 and has hired over 140 staff in his career, including over 40 national searches for professional ministry staff.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University and an M.Div. and Ed.D. from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He also currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Georgia Baptist Mission Board and as a Board Member with the Georgia Baptist Children’s Homes and Family Ministries.
Andy is married to Michaella, and they have four children.
Our Team
Our consultants are experienced pastors and ministry leaders who have served in churches of all sizes. They bring a wealth of interviewing and hiring proficiencies to the table and are eager to serve churches and encourage pastors. Each Consultant has broad connections and influence at associational, statewide, and national SBC levels. Though they are champions for the BSP network in the state in which they reside, each Consultant can perform searches outside of their particular state.
