No. We work exclusively with SBC-oriented organizations or entities funded through the Cooperative Program. This includes the Executive Committee, NAMB, ERLC, IMB, Send Relief, WMU, SBC seminaries, Baptist state colleges and universities, state conventions, local associations, church planting networks, Christian schools, and the like.

We start by spending extensive time with you and other stakeholders either through video calls or on-site. Executive Director, Vice President, and higher leadership level searches require an on-site visit. After we listen well, we develop the Position Profile and our proprietary Candidate Requirements Scorecard. We broadcast the open role across our vast networks, not only sourcing candidates through traditional means, but “shaking the bushes” to find the right leader who may not be actively applying for roles.

Our goal is to only send you candidates who we believe would be an excellent fit. By fit, we mean culture, experience, personality, skills, and passions. Or, if you need a candidate to lead away from the status quo, we will clarify that with you and find him or her as well. We spend several hours with the candidate (and the spouse, if that is appropriate) in interview settings. For key leadership positions, we will also spend time face-to-face with them. We will conduct temperament testing at your request, verify education, and conduct multiple references. Then, they are presented to the organization (supervisor, leadership team, or search committee) in an online profile with detailed information on the candidate.

Our fees are not based on a percentage of the salary. We charge flat fees based on the leadership level of the role and can discuss those with you when we provide a proposal. The best part about our fees…half of them are contingent upon us finding you the right candidate and you hiring someone we recommend. We charge a 25% Retainer Fee to get the search moving. Six weeks later, we charge a 25% Progress Fee to keep the search in motion. After that, you don’t owe the final balance until the candidate we find for you starts on his first day. In order to be kingdom partners, we bear half of the financial risk with you.
