Maybe you don’t want to commit to a full search service. Maybe your search committee could use some resources and support. Maybe you are a pastor who has little hiring experience and wants someone to walk you through best practices. Search Coaching may be for you. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3…
Discovery
We spend time with you, appropriate staff, and/or your search committee on a video call to learn about your church, past searches, candidate priorities, and much more.
Preparation
We spend about two weeks researching, preparing documentation, and writing to provide you with recommendations and resources that will equip you to find good candidates.
Presentation
On a follow-up video call, we spend time explaining the resources we have provided you. In most cases, that includes a position profile, interview and reference templates, a tailored search process, and recommended resources and contacts.
Follow Up
We don’t just leave you after the last call. Our costs for Search Coaching include three months of follow-up calls and emails. We’ll also list the role on or website during that time and pass along any candidates (unscreened) that apply. If you have more questions, we are here for you. If you want us to sit in on a committee meeting or candidate interview, we will. If you want our feedback on a few resumes, just shoot them over. Our goal with this service is to equip you to hire a faithful long-term leader.
