Welcoming Another Florida Search Consultant

I’m very happy to announce that Danny Heath has joined our team as an additional Search Consultant in Florida. He brings a wealth of experience as a Worship Leader and Executive Pastor. Let me tell you a little more about him.

Danny is from Bronson, Florida, and he has had the privilege of serving the local church for over 25 years. For over two decades, he served as a Worship Pastor and currently serves as the Executive Pastor at First Baptist Church of Ocala. Danny has held leadership roles in the Florida Baptist Convention, his local Baptist Association, and currently serves as a Trustee at the Baptist University of Florida.  

Danny is a graduate of the Baptist College of Florida (now the Baptist University of Florida) and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married to Shae, and they have three children-Madison (husband, Austin), Savanna, and Brooklyn. 

He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling (especially to the mountains), golf, and cheering on the Florida Gators.
