Introducing Philip Biles, Senior Search Consultant

I’m more than excited to introduce Philip Biles, Baptist Search Partners’ new Senior Search Consultant. Having known Philip for over twenty years, I can attest to his leadership expertise, passion for the church, and high Christ-like character.

Philip has been in full-time ministry for over twenty-five years, serving as a Children’s Pastor, Family Pastor, and currently as an Elder at Bedrock Community Church in Bedford, VA, where he oversees family ministries and operations. Philip also frequently fills the pulpit and has a passion for shepherding shepherds.

Over the last several years of ministry, he has partnered with churches all over the world, consulting with them regarding family ministry practices, building and developing teams, and maximizing physical spaces for ministry.

Philip has led, searched for, and hired staff while working for churches in North Carolina, Texas, and Virginia. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater College and an M.A. from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Philip is married to Felicia, and they have two children and one grandchild.
