Meet Kim Harris – Adding To Our Georgia Team

Our team of trusted, well-connected, and influential Search Consultants is growing, and I’m excited to announce that Kim Harris is our latest addition. Let me tell you a little more about her.

Kim Harris has spent her life serving Southern Baptist churches and associations in a variety of ministry and leadership roles. Over the years, she has served at the local, associational, state, and national levels giving her a broad perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing churches and their leaders today. Her ministry experience includes serving as a Children’s Minister, Leadership Strategist, and, since 2018, as a Church Consultant with Noonday Baptist Association in Marietta, Georgia.

Kim is passionate about developing leaders, helping churches become healthier and more effective, and connecting people with opportunities to use their God-given gifts. She has worked with pastors, church staff, and lay leaders in areas such as leadership development, strategic planning, staffing, coaching, and ministry development. She especially enjoys helping churches identify their strengths, clarify their direction, develop leaders, and move forward with purpose.

Throughout her ministry, Kim has had the opportunity to lead conferences and training for preschool, children’s, adult, and general church leaders at local, state, and national levels. Her experience working with churches of different sizes and in various contexts has given her a heart for listening well, asking good questions, and helping leaders discover practical next steps.

Kim has a Bachelors in Education from Gardner Webb University and a Masters in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  She is married to Randy, and they have two married children and five grandchildren. She loves her role as “KK” with her grands, hiking, travel, following college sports, and engaging with friends over a meal.
